About the event
As you know I have a passion for healthy cooking and was fortunate to be introduced to Shauna Lindzon. Shauna is a registered dietitian and culinary professional. She brings an infectious energy in her teaching approach and makes cooking an absolute pleasure. I am regular participant in her cooking demos and her delicious recipes fit my healthy lifestyle approach. When she became a client of Glow Fit I knew the stars were aligned to collaborate one day. We will be doing a special event together this month.
Please join us for:
Two different Glow Fit classes that will incorporate muscle toning, cardio and end with a short meditation followed by two unique cooking demos with recipes from A Spoonful of Shauna: Family Favourites e-cookbook.
Class #1: Saturday January 22nd 10:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m. (30 minute fitness class followed by 45 minute cooking demo featuring minestrone soup)
Class #2: Saturday January 29th 10:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m. (30 minute fitness class followed by 45 minute cooking demo featuring a burrata plate and pomegranate apple avocado dip)
Registration includes a taped class that will be sent to all registrants.
The package is $85 which includes a copy of A Spoonful of Shauna: Family Favourites ecookbook.
