A couple of years ago a friend shared a veggie burger recipe with me from Shauna Lindzon, I absolutely loved it!! I had to learn more about her so signed up for a Spoonful of Shauna cooking demo. Shauna brings an infectious energy to her teaching approach and makes cooking an absolute pleasure. She is a registered dietitian and culinary professional. When she became a client of Glow Fit I knew the stars were aligned to collaborate one day since our business passions of nutrition and fitness go hand in hand. We are now coming together this month for a special zoom event.
Please join us for:
Two different Glow Fit classes that will incorporate muscle toning, cardio and end with a short meditation followed by two unique cooking demos with recipes from A Spoonful of Shauna: Family Favourites e-cookbook.
Class #1: Saturday January 22nd 10:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m. (30 minute fitness class followed by 45 minute cooking demo featuring minestrone soup)
Class #2: Saturday January 29th 10:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m. (30 minute fitness class followed by 45 minute cooking demo featuring a burrata plate and pomegranate apple avocado dip)
Registration includes a taped class that will be sent to all registrants.
The package is $85 which includes a copy of A Spoonful of Shauna: Family Favourites ecookbook.
Fitness class suggested equipment:
Mat and weights of choice ideally one light and one med-heavy set.
