Service Description

50 minutes of circuit training - weight and body resistance moves, incorporating cardio benefits. Ending with 5 minute guided meditation. I will be on Zoom 10 minutes before every class to offer suggestions advice or modifications - or just to chat! A great way to stay connected at this time. Required Equipment: Dumbbells ranging from 3 to10 pounds; Optional Equipment: a 10 inch Pilates ball and a resistance band.
