Q) What fitness levels can participate in a Glow Fit class?

 

A) Classes are designed for all levels, modifications are provided for all moves.  I will be available 10 minutes before each class to answer any of your questions and to provide you with personal modifications.

Q) Can I email questions or concerns that I have at any time?

 

A) Absolutely yes! Please send messages to lara@glow-fit.com and I will be sure to get back to you. 

Q) Do I need to create an account?

A) Yes, you need an account.  You will be prompted to create an account when you first try to purchase a class or a package.  Going forward, you will need to log in to your account for future purchases or to reserve a spot in a class.

 

Q) How do I purchase classes or packages?

 

A)  On the home page, you will see a button that says "Purchase a Class or a Package". Click that button and you will be taken to the page to make your purchase. From that page, you will be guided through your purchase experience.

 

Q) How do I reserve a spot in a class?

 

A)  On the home page, you will see a button that says "Reserve your Spot in a Class". Click that button and you will be taken to the page that shows you all of the classes that are available. Choose your class, follow the prompts and your spot will be secured. 

Q) What happens once I reserve my spot?

A)  You will automatically receive an email from lara@glow-fit.com which includes your one-time Zoom link for the class.

Q) How far in advance can I sign up? When is the latest that I can sign up?

 

A) You can sign up for a class as early as you would like. The latest that you can sign up is 15 minutes before the start time. While the Zoom link will be provided to you automatically and should come to you almost instantly, you may want to allow for a bit more time just in case.  Sometimes, the internet can be slow or there may be some delay in the transmission of the message.

Q) Can I get a refund for classes or packages that I have purchased? Can I cancel my spot in a class and get the class credited back to my account?

A)  Sales of classes and packages are final and non-refundable. However, unless part of a promotional package, your classes do not expire.  Use them whenever you want!  You can cancel a class up to 12 hours before the class. For example, if you have signed up for one of my 9:30 am classes, and you cancel by 9:30 pm the night before, the class will be credited back to your account..

Q) What equipment do I need for the classes? 

 

A) You will need two sets of dumbbells, one light and one heavier. Depending upon your level, you will want weights ranging from three pound to fifteen pounds. While not necessary, I also recommend that you invest in a resistance band and a 10 inch Pilates/yoga ball. If you don't have these, moves can be done easily without them. If you have questions of which bands or ball you should buy, just send me an email at lara@glow-fit.com and I will give you some suggestions! 

 

Q) Are one on one and semi private training sessions being offered?

 

A)  Yes!  If you would prefer to work with me alone or with a friend, you will find those options on my "Packages" page.
